Announcements

Besides publishing articles on human rights, the Journal of Southeast Asian Human Rights (JSEAHR) has been part of the human rights conference (HRC). This HRC is held by the Centre for Human Rights, Multiculturalism and Migration (CHRM2) of the University of Jember, together with its partners. 

This year (2026), the HRC is going to be held at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), Central Java, Indonesia, with the central theme "Peace, Security, and Environmental Justice in Asia: Advancing human dignity for sustainable futures". The deadline for submitting abstract papers will be on 19 March 2026. If you are interested in participating in the conference,  check the link for further announcements.
