Open Access Policy

All content published by the Journal is made publicly available for free, with no charge to either the user or his/her institution. JSEAHR and the author(s) agree to grant all users across the globe access to and download all content and article texts that have been published by this Journal freely. All users are also granted to make a small number of printed copies for their personal use. 

All articles published by JSEAHR are available in digital formats that can be downloaded freely to increase the dissemination of research and break down barriers for researchers across the globe, mainly those with limited access to subscription-paid journals and other kinds of publications. It is our basic principle that open access will also help authors achieve a high level of openness with their research.

To maintain our academic quality and open access for all articles,  JSEAHR has introduced rules for all articles accepted for publication. All accepted articles should pay 300USD or 5.000.000 rupiah, which must be sent to us via Western Union or Bank Transfer. All types of funding are intended to pay for copy editors, English language editors, security maintenance, and to support the open access policy. In the last two years, JSEAHR has been attacked by cyber hackers several times, which has affected its performance and credibility. We decided to maximize the security maintenance in order to protect the system.
